Francoise is a former solicitor, consultant, executive coach and facilitator. Her expertise lies in people development with a focus on career coaching, and transitional coaching.
Before starting her coaching business, she worked as a management consultant with Bain and Company in London for five years. Prior to management consulting, Francoise was a solicitor with Baker & McKenzie and Norton Smith in Sydney.
Francoise holds an MBA from London Business School, a Master of Laws from the University of London, Bachelors of Commerce and Law from University of Queensland and is a certified organisational coach from the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership.
She has been actively involved with London Business School for the last decade, and is a member of LBS International Alumni Council and president of the Sydney Alumni Club.
