Shani has more than 15 years’ experience in leadership and training roles with the Australian Army. She has led small teams through the most uncertain and complex environments with Special Forces and was selected to test and develop emerging capabilities. She served on multiple operations including Iraq and Timor L’Este. Shani intimately understands the demands of being required to perform under pressure and is proven in challenging situations.
Very experienced at leadership, change management and implementation at the Frontline and Middle Manager level, Shani is passionate about developing leaders and helping them to realise their full potential.
Shani holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Western Australia.
